Registration Fees (USD/HKD = 7.8)

• If you have more than one accepted paper, you have to register for each one individually. There is no discount if you have two or more papers accepted. It is encouraged to have your co-authors to register and attend the conferences as attendees. However, one registration fee only covers ONE person.
• Extra Page Fee (Click here to pay): For regular paper, each extra page in excess of 12 pages costs USD 150/HKD 1170, and the max length of regular paper is 16 pages. For short paper, each extra page in excess of 8 pages costs USD 150/HKD 1170, and the max length of short paper is 10 pages. Counting the cost of the over length charge uses the camera-ready version.

We greatly welcome guests from around the world to attend this conference. But before that, you’ll need to pay the registration fee.

Policy of Registration

All accepted regular papers/short papers will be published in KSEM 2025 proceedings. High quality accepted papers are possible to be recommended to related special issues of prestigious international journals.

• Each accepted paper requires at least one Author Registration, before 23:59 on June 22, 2025 (AoE). Papers not registered will not be included in the proceedings.
• Once you submit a paper, including regular paper and short paper, it implies that at least one author will register and attend the conference, and present the paper.
• Please upload the camera-ready paper, including source file and PDF file, and the copyright form to Easychair before 23:59 on June 15, 2025 (AoE) (STRICT DEADLINE). If you register before June 15, 2025 but do not submit camera-ready paper before June 15, 2025, you still need to pay $200 make up fee. The purpose for this rule is to make sure the conference proceedings can be finished on time.

Cancellation Policy

If you need refund, please send the email to secretariat (ksem2025@iccmacao.com) before 23:59 on June 22, 2025 (AoE).   

There will be an administrative fee of USD 50 (HKD 400) deducted from each refund. Refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the conference.  

No refunds will be made after 23:59 on June 22, 2025 (AoE).

Note:

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

All costs must be covered by the ordering customer and “free of charge for the receiver account” on all payments.
