Travel Grant Application

We are pleased to announce the Travel Grant Program for students and junior scientists attending KSEM 2025 to be held in Wynn Palace in Macao, China, from August 4-7, 2025.

Application Procedure

Applicants must submit the application proposal and corresponding documents via email to ksem2025@iccmacao.com , no later than June 20 (Fri), 2025, 12:00 at noon (GMT+8, Macao Time). The documents to be sent per email must include:

• whether any other sources of support are available to the applicant
• a case for support that includes reasons why KSEM 2025 should make the grant to the applicant
• a letter of support (for students only) from the applicant’s advisor/head of department.

Applicants with accepted technical papers or who are actively participating in the conference in some capacity will be given priority. Decision will be announced before Early Registration Deadline: June 22, 2025, AoE. The travel grant recipients can successfully get three nights of standard twin room at a local four-star hotel (the room to be shared with another student) through the following means:

• Sign in and out at the Conference once every half-day, totally no fewer than 5 sign-ins and sign-outs from August 5 to 7.
